Nozipho Tshabalala

Nozipho Tshabalala is the CEO of The Conversation Strategists, a South African organisation focused on designing high-impact, outcome-driven dialogue for societal and institutional change on the global stage. She has facilitated critical global conversations for institutions including the World Bank Group and several United Nations agencies, governments, public institutions, and multinationals. Her career includes roles in The Presidency of South Africa, leadership of the Umlambo Foundation, brand stewardship for the Tata Group in Africa, and award-winning broadcasting at CNBC Africa. She holds postgraduate degrees from SOAS, Stellenbosch Business School, and the University of Pretoria. She is a debut author with her best selling memoir After the Fires.
