Kamini Pather is a food writer, TV host, and former MasterChef South Africa winner. Known for shows like Girl Eat World, she blends her Durban roots with global flavours in her new cookbook, All Dhal’d Up. A Cosmopolitan and Glamour Woman of the Year, she’s also a serious runner, nutrition coach, and Ready Steady Cook resident chef. Currently completing her Master’s in Psychology, Kamini continues to explore identity, food, and culture with curiosity, humour, and a distinctly South African voice.
