Claudia Gray is an Associate Professor of Paediatrics at the University of Cape Town with more than 20 years’ experience as a paediatrician. For the past 15 years, she has run a busy paediatric allergy practice in Cape Town, caring for children from premature babies to teenagers. She has guided thousands of parents through her clinical work and regular radio and television interviews.
Internationally respected, Claudia has published more than 100 scientific papers and presents frequently at medical conferences. A mother of four, she brings both professional expertise and real-life parenting insight to her work, including her latest book, Dr Gray’s Real Parenting & Paediatrics, which shares practical, evidence-based guidance for raising healthy children.
