Chris Gibbons, is a veteran journalist, conference facilitator, and media trainer. He currently edits the magazine Acumen for the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), which he launched in 2012. He also delivers daily market reports on AlgoaFM. Formerly, he anchored The Mid Day Report, a multi-award-winning news and business show. Previously, as Group MD of New Holland Struik, he played a pivotal role in listing Primedia on the JSE. With an MA from Cambridge and an MBA from Henley, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to his diverse roles in journalism and business.
