Azba Fanie (Nanna) began baking and cooking at the age of 11, inspired by her late mother, with whom she first made tomato bredie. A passionate home cook and baker, she enjoys the thrill of trying new things in the kitchen. Her debut cookbook, Tietie en Nanna se Huiskos, co-authored with Najma Abrahams (Tietie), celebrates the warmth of home cooking and the heritage recipes she grew up with. Nanna continues to inspire others with her love for food, family, and tradition.
