Dudu Busani-Dube

Dudu Busani-Dube is a journalist and author of the bestselling Hlomu series of self-published novels, which have sold tens of thousands of copies since the first book was released in 2015. In 2018, she was asked to write a book based on the film Zulu Wedding, which also became an instant bestseller.

Hlomu the Wife inspired the first ever South African telenovela created for Showmax which was released in 2022. Dudu is busy working on the sixth and final instalment in the Hlomo series. She lives in Johannesburg.
